Stock Market LIVE: Texmaco Rail & Engineering share price rose 2.11 per cent to the day’s high of ₹104.82 per share on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). 

 

The company invested ₹6.88 crore in its subsidiary,Texmaco Defence Technologies, and subscribed to 0.7 million shares. 

 

Meanwhile, Vegas Def Tech & Aerospace acquired 30 per cent equity of Texmaco Defence Technologies. Post this transaction, Texmaco Defence Technologies’ status changed to a subsidiary from a wholly-owned subsidiary.

Stock Market LIVE: As of 10:00 AM, the Sensex rose 558.05 points or 0.73 per cent to 77,467.73 and the Nifty50 was up 126.10 points or 0.52 per cent at 24,204.40.

 

Stock Market LIVE: Ceigall India shares rose 6.41 per cent to the day’s high of ₹333.80 per share on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The company won five orders worth a total of ₹2,423 crore in two days.

Stock Market LIVE: In the broader markets, both the Nifty Midcap 100 and Nifty Smallcap 100 traded positive — up more than 0.40 per cent each. 

 

Stock Market LIVE: On the sectoral front, the Nifty IT index  gained the most, up 0.80 per cent. The Nifty Auto index slipped 0.06 per cent.

 

Stock Market LIVE: From 30-share Sensex pack, Infosys, Bajaj Finance, Eternal, HUL, HDFC Bank and L&T emerged as the top gainers. Maruti and M&M were the only losers.
